Gradlying's values were shaped early by his father's service in the United States military, where discipline, responsibility, and commitment to others were not just ideals—but a way of life. That foundation instilled a deep respect for service, accountability, and doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade & Relations with a minor in Economics, providing a strong understanding of financial systems, risk management, and how policy decisions affect individuals and businesses at every level. This academic background allows Gradlying to approach insurance not as a transaction, but as a strategic tool within a broader financial picture.
